CaringBridge: 17 Years of Sharing Love

Sona Mehring, CaringBridge Founder

Love.  Can’t see it.  Can’t hear it.   Can’t touch it.  Can’t smell it.  Can’t taste it.  Or can you?

At CaringBridge.org there is evidence of all five senses embracing love. Seeing a journal entry from your Aunt and knowing what is happening with your Uncle – there is love. Hearing the tone of voice in a guestbook entry – there is love. Holding a CaringBook or CarePost card sent from your friend – there is love. Smelling and tasting the lasagna that was delivered thanks to friends using the Planner – there it is again.

Celebrating 17 Years

CaringBridge is celebrating 17 years of rallying the people in your life into a powerful community of support, right when you need it most.

Seventeen years ago, I looked at the internet as the heart strings that connected people. Visiting the CaringBridge.org community today, you can really see how those connections and the healing power of love and support have abounded over the years.

Thank You

CaringBridge was, is and will always be driven by the simple fact that in times of need, the greatest source of healing is the love of friends and family. Thank you for 17 incredible years, and we look forward to many more.

Celebrate our 17th birthday with us! We invite you to share how you have used CaringBridge over the years in the comments section below.
